Keryn Giguere

My clients know that details matter. Success in a real estate transaction comes down to doing our research, having a great strategy, and keeping our goals in mind at all times. I work best with clients who want to be fully informed and engaged throughout the entire process. After a decade helping clients buy and sell in Tacoma, I’ve created a process that is efficient and effective so no one is wasting their time. Working together with clients as a team means connecting and getting on the same page right from the start. I work hard to be responsive and detailed in my research so that my clients can make informed decisions and get excellent results.

I am a proud first generation college graduate, having earned my degrees from Pacific Lutheran University, studying Psychology and Women and Gender Studies. I love living in the PNW, and Tacoma specifically for its strong sense of community. I first started volunteering in Tacoma years ago serving fellow film lovers popcorn at The Grand Cinema, and facilitating support groups at Bridges: A Center for Grieving Families. I just wrapped up serving on the Tacoma Rainbow Center Board of Directors for six years, two of those years being on the Executive Board. Currently I volunteer with GGA (Genevieve G. Animal Advocacy).

I was born at Tacoma General and lived around the country while my dad served in the United States Air Force. I returned to Tacoma as a teen and have chosen to put my roots down here. I’ve lived all over Pierce County from Spanaway, to Browns Point, to various neighborhoods in Tacoma. More recently I’ve lived in Tacoma’s Lincoln District, Stadium, and North Slope neighborhoods before buying my first home up the hill from Point Ruston. I love living in Tacoma, and helping my clients find their place in this incredible city energizes me!
